Green Card Abandonment
Applications for the abandonment of U.S. Legal Permanent Resident status are accepted on Fridays -- 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM. Please arrive preferably by 9:00 AM. Please download the I-407 form and complete only those items that are highlighted in yellow.
You must present your Alien Resident Card ("green card"), a valid passport and your re-entry permit (if applicable). French or other national identification cards are not accepted in place of a passport.
